Bartolotta's Guest Loyalty Program
Rules and Regulations

Bartolotta's Guest Loyalty Program is designed to reward our members for dining at our restaurants. Present your card each time that you dine at any Bartolotta restaurant and you will earn points. For every $250 you spend you will receive a $25 gift certificate. Gift certificates are mailed directly to you on a quarterly basis, and the remainder of your points are then rolled over to the next quarter. Points are cleared each December 31 and you start new in January each year*.

*During the first year of the Program (2002) points will not be cleared on December 31,2002. They will be rolled over to the first quarter if 2003 because of a mid-year start date.
To become a Preferred Guest of the Bartolotta Restaurants Guest Loyalty Program stop into any Bartolotta Restaurant or request a form online and it will be mailed to you.
How to Earn Points:
You can earn points each time you dine at a Bartolotta Restaurant. Simply present your Preferred Card when you pay the bill and you'll receive one point for every dollar you spend, excluding tax and tip. Points can not be earned at Pizzeria Piccola. To qualify for points on private party functions, you must be an active Preferred member before booking the party. Of course, only the member who pays the bill can receive the points. Points are accumulated on a calendar year basis only.
How to Get Your Rewards:
You will receive your Reward Certificates automatically each quarter with your account summary. Use the Reward Certificates for your next Bartolotta visit or save them for a special occasion. Reward Certificates are not redeemable at Pizzeria Piccola.
Enrollment Fee:
There is a $25 enrollment fee, which may be paid by cash, check or credit card. As soon as you are entered into our program, we will send you a $25 gift certificate by mail.
Program Terms & Conditions:
  Points are earned from January through December 31 of the calendar year. Points are earned for each dollar spent (excluding tax and tip) at all Bartolotta Restaurants, including gift certificate purchases. Points are not given on gift certificate redemption. Certain restrictions apply. To qualify for points on party functions, you must be an active Preferred member before booking the party (points for parties are given on food and beverage only with a limit of $5000 or 5000 points per party/event.) Only the person paying the bill may be credited with points for any purchases. You must present your card at the time of the purchase to be credited with points. Points to not carry over from one year to the next. Reward Certificates are not valid in conjunction with any other offers, discounts and promotional certificates. The Bartolotta Restaurant Group reserves the right to add or withdraw participating restaurants, to make changes in the rules or prizes, audit your account, or terminate the program at any time without advance notice. Federal and State tax liabilities remain the responsibility of the cardholder. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to become members. Employees of the Bartolotta Restaurant Group are not eligible for membership.
