After two years of trying, we have secured a wine dinner with Lindy Novak, owner of Spottswoode Vineyard and Winery. The reviews these great Cabernet received are INCREDIBLE – the 2007 just got a 99 point from Robert Parker – and they ALWAYS get more than 90 points. Certainly one of the top 10 wineries in Napa. Lindy will speak on the history of a winery that has been run almost exclusively by women, while producing wonderfully masculine wines.

Bacchus, in partnership with the Badger Association of the Blind and Visually Impaired, invites you to Dine in the Dark. This unique culinary and sensory journey will be like no other event in Milwaukee, and will give guests a new way to think about blindness, vision, and the power of perception.
One hundred guests will enjoy a four-course meal prepared by James Beard award winning Chef Adam Siegel, in complete darkness while blindfolded. Experience food, drink and conversation as you may never have before – without you sight.
