UPCOMING SPECIAL EVENTS AT BACCHUS

Thursday, Friday and Saturday Nights- BITTERCUBE at Bacchus – Master Mixologists Ira Koplowitz and Nick Kosevich debut their menu of classic and neo-classic cocktails. Also new “Small Plates” food menu and later bar hours.

Saturday, February 13th & Sunday, February 14th- VALENTINE’S DAY WEEKEND – Opening at 4:00 p.m.

Friday, March 5th – NEW GLARUS Beer Dinner with Owner DAN CAREY! Owner and Master Brewer, Dan Carey, will be in attendance and Chef Adam Siegel will prepare five courses matched with five New Glarus beers.

Friday, March 19th- First Annual COCKTAIL Dinner featuring BITTERCUBE. Bittercube will prepare small portions of five Classic Cocktails, matched to five courses of Chef Adam Siegel’s cuisine. Nick and Ira will explain the origins and preparations of these great cocktails – a very unique experience!

Monday, March 22nd – Napa Wine Dinner with DUCKHORN WINERY – Executive Winemaker BILL NANCARROW. This dinner will be both educational and fun. Chef Adam Siegel will prepare five courses to match five great Duckhorn wines.

Sunday, April 4th – EASTER SUNDAY BRUNCH. Three course served brunch, open reservation times between 10:00am – 2:30pm. Staring at $39.95 for adults, and $17.95 for children.

Friday, April 16th – Bacchus Second VEGETARIAN DINNER-Spring Vegetables. Five courses matched with all sorts of beverages-beer, wine and perhaps even another sake!

Thursday, May 13th- Special Napa Wine Dinner with CAYMUS VINEYARDS with Owner/Winemaker CHUCK WAGNER – a Napa legend! Five courses prepared by Chef Adam Siegel to match Special Selection Cabernet, Napa Cabernet, Conundrum, Mer Soleil Silver Chardonnay, and Belle Glos Pinot Noir.
